| Recipe of the Month |
|
2 ½ lb. Tomatoes, diced fine
1 lb. Cucumbers, diced fine
8 oz. Onions, peeled, diced fine
4 oz Jalapenos, diced fine
½ tsp. Garlic, crushed
1 pt. Tomato Juice
3 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
4oz. Olive oil
To taste Salt & Pepper
To taste Hot Sauce
To taste Lemon Juice
1. Combine all ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight. Garnish with Tortilla Chips and Sour Cream. |

| President Report:
What a wonderful August Boat Trip! Our attendance is still rising. The synergy of our long term members, along with the new members and prospective members networking with almost eighty people enjoying our South Beach VIP Party and Boat Cruise at BayView Event Center on Lake Minnetonka.
The evening started with Mai tai's and butler passed appetizers and entertainment in a tented party room. We then took an evening cruise around Lake Minnetonka, coming back to enjoy dessert and conversation again in the tent.
